Tuition Fees

​

Tuition fees are currently set as follows:

 

1 Hour per week: £25.00 per month

2 Hours per week: £36.00 per month

3 Hours per week: £48.00 per month

4 Hours per week: £60.00 per month

5 Hours per week: £68.00 per month

6 Hours per week: £72.00 per month

7 Hours per week: £76.00 per month

8 Hours + per week: £80.00 per month

 

For new members, the first 2 session are classed as a Trial period, in this period payments for the classes are still required, however they can be made on the day. After the trial period, fees are paid monthly. Further details below.

A 20% reduction will apply for sibling members of the club

​

For any month with 4 weeks rather than 5, gymnasts can attend extra classes in the month up to the number paid for without incurring an extra charge. This is dependent on it being possible to make the arrangement.

​

Holidays

​

Charges will be suspended for periods of holiday which can be notified to the club in advance by completing the Holiday Notification form which can be downloaded from the website. If it is not possible to notify in advance, then gymnasts can attend extra classes in the month up to the number paid for without incurring an extra charge. This is dependent on it being possible to make the arrangement.

Club Membership Subscriptions

​

There are Club membership fees and Governing Body fees, both are non-refundable, and are paid separately to training fees.

 

The White Rose Club Annual Membership Fee is currently £20 per year. Payment is due on the 1st January.

​

A fee for affiliation to the Yorkshire Region is currently included in the Club fee.

We must insist that all Club gymnasts join the British Gymnastic Association (BGA). The BGA fees will vary dependent upon the level each gymnast wishes to follow:

​

  • Pre-School: £11

  • Gymnast: £17 (For those taking part for mainly recreational purposes, up to competing in Local and some Regional competitions)

  • Competitive Gymnast: £41 (Competing in Regional, National and British competitions)

 

Following recent changes by British Gymnastics Association (BGA), membership is processed on-line directly with BGA. Annual BGA Membership is due from the 1st October. We are currently awaiting further instructions from BGA regarding the on-line procedure. The Head Coach will be happy to discuss the BGA fees or further details can be found on the White Rose website or the BGA website (https://www.british-gymnastics.org/gymnasts/gymnast-membership/fees).

 

All fees are subject to periodic review.

Payment Procedures

​

If paying by cash, the money must be in an envelope with the name of the gymnast written on it.

​

Please download the Subscriptions form and return this with payment.

​

Please make cheques payable to “White Rose Rhythmic Gymnastics Club”.

​

Fees will be reviewed on an annual basis and may change from 1st January. You will be given 1 month's notice of any fee changes.

​

Competition fees are set by the body running the competition If you are unable to pay fees, then you must inform the Head Coach immediately and this will then be referred to the committee for a decision on the action to be taken.
